best maternity leave

Maternity leave is not for everyone as only women who are nursing can truly enjoy from this excellent benefit. Maternity leave does allow women to spend precious time with their newborns and thank God that enterprises allow for this. There is more to maternity leave than just not going to work to stay at home with your child because it ensures that you will be capable of building that mother and child bond and of nursing your child as he needs to be nursed. The only problem with maternity leave is that not all companies allow for it despite the fact that all companies should definitely allow for this time that is so important when a mother who just gave birth stays at home with her child.

All mothers should have the privilege to do this, however, the sad reality is that not all mothers can enjoy this wonderful privilege because some companies and firms will just not allow for it. I am a mother who just came back to work from one of these periods were I gave birth to my son and then stayed at home to take care of him. I cannot tell you the wonderful feeling that being everyday at home with your son nursing him gives you. You feel completely and as if you are truly satisfied with being a mother, like motherhood completed you and your son is the most precious child on earth. At least that is exactly how I felt during the time that I stayed at home with my baby.

I was on maternity leave for five months before I had to go back to work. I must tell you that I truly enjoyed this baby maternity time when I got to be on maternity leave at my home. Those were the most precious five months that I have ever had.

A maternity leave is the greatest time that you will ever have because this time ensures that you are having a mother and child bond and that you can nurse your child with loving care and nurture him as you should. I was lucky because my husband could stay at home with me.

During four days to a week while I was on my maternity leave, my husband would stay home and be with me and he'd take care of our child together. Some days during the baby maternity period he did have to leave the house for work, though most of the time he was with me.

This practice of staying home and not going to work is so excellent because it allows the appropriate time for a mother to be with her child at home and to enjoy her child. I would love for all women of the world to have a chance to experience the many benefits of a maternity leave.
